Map specific rules

On cp_gravelpit & cp_dustbowl: Scoring: First team to reach 3 fullcaps or most fullcaps after the timelimit wins. Timelimit in config has to be changed to 60 before match can be started (mp_timelimit 60)
On cp_granary and cp_well: Scoring: No fullcap limit, most fullcaps after the timelimit wins. Timelimit is 30 minutes Server settings
