Valve have used their Team Fortress 2 blog to give a tip of the hat to their fans, specifically TF2 forum-goers and community member Kaanin, who a while ago fabricated a convincing promotional page for a non-existent Spy update (below).

As well as praising Kaanin’s admirable effort, which Valve say even had them “momentarily fooled”, they’ve linked to a staggeringly long thread in the Steam powered TF2 forums featuring a list of fan-made TF2 content. Check out the thread for all the comics, machinima, music and artwork, and read Valve’s remarks on their blog.
